Is the fur real?

Yes. V’ALORA sells genuine fur and genuine-fur-trimmed outerwear. Each product page explains the materials used; fur type and garment construction vary by style.

Is every jacket made to order?

Yes. Every jacket is made after your order is placed, in your selected style, colour and size.

When will my order arrive?

Allow 4–15 working days for preparation, then an estimated 5–10 working days for delivery. These are separate stages. If you need a piece for a particular date, contact us before ordering. Full delivery information.

Will I receive tracking?

Yes. Tracking is emailed once your order is dispatched for its final journey to you.

How do I choose a size?

Fit varies by style. Check the product details and available sizes. If unsure, contact us with the product name and your measurements before ordering.

Can I return a made-to-order jacket?

Standard made-to-order styles are covered by our returns policy. Notify us within 14 days of delivery and return within a further 14 days, in the required condition. Customer pays change-of-mind return postage. Genuinely personalised pieces may be excluded where applicable. Read the full policy.

How should I care for my piece?

Follow the garment’s care label and product-specific care guidance. Use a cleaner experienced in genuine fur and the other materials in your piece.
