Delivery Times

Once your piece has been prepared, it will begin its journey to you.

Estimated delivery time: 5–10 working days following preparation.

Preparation and delivery are separate stages. Delivery times vary depending on your country and location.

For UK customers, each order undergoes an additional quality inspection and is thoughtfully packaged by V’ALORA before final delivery.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched for its final journey to you, you will receive an email containing your tracking details.

Customs & Import Duties
